Traces
of an endless conflict...
The permanent exhibition of the First World War is an exhibition inside the former Borgo Valsugana mill and realized thanks to the historical-cultural Association of Eastern Valsugana and Tesino .
The exhibition introduces the viewer to the knowledge of the various human and technological aspects of the conflict.
Made up of thematic areas, it gradually introduces the viewer to the drama of the conflict.
The evolution of military operations is illustrated with photographs of the battlefields in the high mountains and destruction suffered by villages in the valley. This museum represents a necessary step before you come home, if you are interested in organizing high-altitude trekking discovering the German and Italian outposts.
For the quality of the materials offered in vision, for the presentation criteria and for the general didactics setting , the permanent exhibition at the former mill Spagolla represents one of the most interesting exhibitions of the Trentino among the museums of the area, straddling the border of Veneto and Trentino, able to engage and satisfy both the inexperienced casual viewer as well as the discerning collector.
